Join us for a plant foraging walk in the Essex countryside to discover autumnal medicinal and edible weeds.  We will forage for a seasonal bounty and then return to our beautiful venue, to create remedies for the autumn / winter … and you get to take one home too!  Handouts and recipes provided.
